Projection screen maintenance

Manual screens

• Never pull the screen down before it has been properly mounted.

• The product needs to be mounted horizontally for optimized functionality.

• To lower the screen surface: pull the screen to desired position, stop, and let the screen retract slowly until it locks in place.

• To retract the screen surface: firmly pull the screen downwards, about 5 – 10 cm, then raise quickly. Prevent the screen surface to roll uncontrolled into the case as this will damage the screen material and/or the case.

• Never pull the screen down too far but leave at least one round of screen material on the roll, otherwise it may cause the screen material to detach.

• Never leave the screen in down position for a longer period, store it rolled up when not in use.

Electric screens

• Never roll the screen down before it has been properly mounted.

• The product needs to be mounted horizontally for optimized functionality.

• Never set the screen too far down but leave at least one round of screen material on the roll, otherwise it may cause the screen material to detach.

• Never leave the screen in down position for a longer period, store it rolled up when not in use.

Cleaning of screen fabrics

We highly recommend Euroscreen® Screen Cleaning Spray for cleaning of screen fabrics. Just spray the fluid onto the unclean area and wipe with a clean cloth. Be careful and wipe off all fluid from the surface when ready.
